This event stands as ARTSPACE's biggest fundraising initiative, significantly contributing to providing free arts education for the youth and young adults of Oklahoma County. Volunteering is an excellent opportunity for community members to get involved and directly impact underserved youth and aspiring artists' resources and programming.
If you find yourself here, you may be interested in volunteering in a specific area for the Steamroller Festival. As a token of our gratitude, each volunteer will receive a volunteer button, which they can proudly wear during the festival.

Volunteer Guidelines
Arrival and Departure:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are volunteering back-to-back, this does not apply.
Plan to stay 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
Attire:
Wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing.
Choose child-appropriate clothing with suitable messaging. Avoid profanity or drug-positive messages on shirts to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Parking Considerations:
Parking can be challenging; be mindful of this.
We'll provide details on parking areas, but they may fill up quickly.
Arrive with enough time to park farther away and walk to the festival.
Weather and Rescheduling:
The festival will proceed unless severe weather prevents it.
In case of rescheduling, all volunteers will be contacted.
Create a profile when you sign up for quick rescheduling; the deadline is May 4th.
Communication:
Contact your chair directly for emergencies closer to the day or event day.
