Summer is here, and so is papermaking in Joe's garden! Join us and Press Member, Emma Difani on Saturday, July 27th for a workshop learning how to create your own unique paper.
Come learn about different types of paper and how they can be used for varying art processes. Emma will demonstrate how to break down the recycled materials into a dilute suspension consisting mostly of separate cellulose fibers. The water will then be drained through a sieve-like screen, producing a mat of randomly interwoven fibers. Emma Difani will help you create your own unique paper from found and recycled materials - reintroducing this delicate and beautiful craft!
The cost per person is $50
