Letterpress is a printing technique using moveable letter blocks with ink pressed on paper. In this hands-on letterpress workshop with Chuck Peel, participants will have the opportunity to set type and create personalized greeting cards.

All supplies are provided, but participants are welcome to supply their own special paper. Letterpress experience is not required. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring a lunch.
There will have access to a variety of printing plates and type, but participants may also be interested in carving their own linoleum block illustration beforehand (3x5” max for cards. Supplies for this can be found at your local craft store).
Parking is available at our north entrance on 4th Street. a refrigerator is available for snacks, drinks, or lunch.
